The JimuCore team has been deeply engaged in the field of two-dimensional materials for more than a decade, building a full-chain technical capability that spans material preparation, specialized equipment development, and process optimization. Leveraging the universally applicable substrate modification technology pioneered by its collaborative research team, it has become the first in the world to achieve large-scale production of 8-inch two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC) semiconductor single crystals. This enables the stable fabrication of various materials, including molybdenum disulfide (N-type), tungsten diselenide (P-type), tungsten disulfide, and molybdenum diselenide. The independently developed oxy-MOCVD equipment effectively addresses mass production challenges such as small domain sizes, low growth rates, and carbon contamination. Related achievements have been published twice in the top international journal Science, highlighting the team's dual leadership in both fundamental research and engineering application.

JIMo Core has now established a complete "Materials and Equipment" product matrix. On the materials side, it offers 2 to 8-inch two-dimensional semiconductor single crystal wafers, covering full-size requirements from research-grade to industrial-grade; on the equipment side, it has launched the world's first oxy-MOCVD deposition system and wafer-level fully automated vacuum transfer system, with the oxy-MOCVD equipment significantly outperforming comparable international products.
